Can I download results and documents?
iLab provides the ability for core customers to view and download results and documents from their service requests.
Step 1: Access your open orders.
From the core's home page, click on the View My Requests tab as shown in Figure 1.
Step 2: Click on the appropriate service request.
Access the service request that contains the documents and/or results you would like to download shown in Figure 2.
Step 3: Under Attachments & URLs, click the appropriate document link.
Core Facility staff may attach many things to a service request, including results, graphs, quotes, and many more. These may all be downloaded by clicking on the document link under Attachments & URLs section as shown in Figure 3.
