Can i review requests that are made by members of my lab?
To view all requests made by members of your lab click on the view request link on the left of your iLab page. A screen displaying all of your lab member's requests will load. From here, you may select which types of service requests you would like to view by clicking on the appropriate tab.
The Awaiting Approval tab will display all service requests that require your approval before they may proceed. (Figure 1)
The Require Payment Info tab displays all service requests that are missing required payment information. (Figure 2)
You may update the payment information by clicking the dollar sign icon on the right, and completing the information. (Figure 3)
The Processing & Recently Completed tab will display all service requests that are either approved and processing, or are already complete. (Figure 4)
The All Requests tab will display all of the lab’s service requests contained in the first three tabs. (Figure 5)
From any of these tabs you may expand the service request to view details, such as:
payment information: Information detailing fund codes and costs
forms and requests: Any special forms that the core has attached to the request
comments: Any comments left within the service request to the core managers
history: details every action taken on a service request, along with date, time, and the person who took the action
billing information: where the invoice will be sent
attachments & URLs: Any attachments, including quotes
You may also update payment information and add a comment by clicking the icons on the right. (Figure 6)
