Can I track the history of a project?
Yes! You may easily view the history of a project from within related service requests.
Step1: Access your service requests.
From the core's home page, click on the View My Requests tab as shown in Figure 1.
Step 2: Access the appropriate service request.
Access the service request that contains the documents and/or results you would like to download shown in Figure 2.
Step 3: Click on the (#) more link beside the notes for each date.
Beneath the Service Request History section, you may view every action taken on the service request, grouped by date. (Figure 3)
If more than one action was taken on the same day, you will see (#) more next to the note. Clicking this link will expand the section and display all actions taken within the day.
