How do I approve my quote from a core?

Once facility staff have made the appropriate updates and changes to your request, they will approve or deny it. If approved, the request - containing the new information added by core staff - will then need to be approved again by you.  

In most cases, you will receive a notification that the request is waiting for your approval with a link directly to the request.  Once logged in, you can review and approve the request.  

You can also view requests that require your approval on your homepage.

Step 1: Access your requests

Under the Service Request bar on your homepage, locate the service request name and click on it.

Step 2: View details of the request and agree/disagree

When the service request opens, click on the blue arrow to expand request details. Be sure to view the added charges that will display under Forms and Request Details section. If you agree to the new quote with added charges, click Agree. (Figure 2)

Step 3: Enter payment information

A window will display prompting payment information. Enter the appropriate payment information and click submit. (Figure 3)

Once the request is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation that your request has been approved. (Figure 4)
