How do I access ilab reports?
As an administrator to a lab, you are able to run reports on your lab member’s usage with core facilities in iLab. Reports on how much is being spent, what cores are being utilized, and what services that are being provided can be accessed by clicking on or hovering over the reporting menu option on the left-hand side of your iLab page. (Figure 1)
Then, click on Spending by all Labs I manage to access the iLab reporting feature. (Figure 2)
What is the general functionality of iLab Reporting?
iLab Reporting consists of four sub-tabs:
- Charges: View and analyze data of actual services or charges ordered by lab members.
- Events: Access information on Equipment or Resource usage. This data is based on iLab’s Scheduling tool.
- Requests: Run reports on project or service requests. This tab will give general information on who made request and the length of time for overall project completion.
- Custom forms: (Not available for all users.)
