how do i assign requests to core pErsonnel?
There are three ways that you may assign requests to members of your core: when building the Project Template, using Track Work on the requests, and on milestones.
STEP 1: From your core’s homepage, click the Request Services tab. (Figure 1)
STEP 2: Click on the Add a Service Request Template OR click on the edit (pencil) icon to the right of an existing request project template.(Figure 1)
The Project Template screen displays.
STEP 3: Complete the form.
Name your template and complete the other fields. You will then see the Service Project Assignees section. (Figure 2)
STEP 4: Select a core staffer by clicking assign by their name.
The name now displays under Assigned core members. (Figure 3)
STEP 5: Click Save.
The selected core members will now automatically be assigned to all requests made for the particular project type.
STEP 1: Access the service request.
From your core’s homepage, access the lists of service request on the View All Requests tab. (Figure 4)
STEP 2: Click on the pencil icon to the right to open an options window. (Figure 5)
The options window displays.

STEP 4: Complete the track work window and click apply changes. (Figure 7)
STEP 5: Click the x to exit the window.
The workers assigned will be displayed on the request. (Figure 8)
STEP 1: From your core’s homepage, click the arrow to expand your service request.
Now, click on add milestone. Complete the form and click save.(Figure 9)
STEP 2: Now click the pencil icon to edit the milestone. (Figure 10)
The Edit window displays.
STEP 3: Select an assignee.
In the edit window, click inside the Select Persons box. A list of possible assignees will display. Click a person to select. You may choose multiple assignees. (Figure 11)
STEP 4: Click save and close.
The milestone is now assigned.
Core administration configures when necessary notifications can be emailed to assigned workers.
