How do i bill for completed work?
To bill for work that has been completed by your core, access the Billing tab.
STEP 1: Access eligible work.
To access completed work that is eligible for billing, by first clicking on the Billing tab, then clicking the View Charges link. (Figure 1)
A list will display the eligible charges.
STEP 2: Update billing information and select/de-select which charges should be included in the billing process. (Figure 2)
If you choose to click on the red x to delete a charge, the following confirmation window displays. (Please note that clicking this icon DELETES the charge completely from the request.) (Figure 3):
You may also update billing information by clicking the dollar sign icon.
STEP 3: Click create a billing event. (Figure 4)
STEP 4: Load charges.
Complete the charge search parameters, then click load charges. (Figure 5)
The selected charges will display. (Figure 6)
STEP 5: To exclude any of the selected charges, click the green down arrow.
The excluded charges will be moved and display beneath the header, excluded charges. (Figure 7)
STEP 6: Click the create button.
Then, click the create button. (Figure 8)
An overview screen will now display a summary of your charges, and will alert you to any billing errors. (Figure 9)

STEP 7: Create and send invoices.
Now, click on the Invoices tab to send invoices. Select who should receive the invoices, enter any customized message you wish to include, then click Send Invoices. (Figure 10)
STEP 8: Confirm the invoice send.
Click OK to confirm that you would like to send invoices. (Figure 11)
A confirmation message displays. (Figure 12)
Click OK to exit the message and return to the summary screen.
