How do i change/update a current time sheet?

STEP 1: Access Time Entry.

From the core’s page, click the Time Entry tab. (Figure 1)

The Time Entry tool displays.

STEP 2: Select the appropriate staff member.

Select the staff member for whom you would like to edit time. (Figure 2)

The user’s timesheet displays all time entered for this member by Request ID.


Click the box to the right of the project/job you would like to delete, then click Delete selected rows. (Figure 3)

The selected row is removed from the timesheet.


To change the time entered on a timesheet, simply use the plus/minus signs (or up and down arrows) to increase or decrease the amount of time entered, or highlight the time entered with your cursor and enter a new time manually. (Figure 4)

Often, if you have changed the time on a timesheet, you will want to add a comment to explain the change. To do so, simply click the conversation bubble icon beside the project for which you would like to add a comment. (Figure 5)

The Comment window displays. Enter your comment and press <Enter>. (Figure 5)

The comment bubble icon will now display green to indicate there is a comment present. (Figure 6)
