How do i communicate with the customer about a service request?

STEP 1: Access the service request.

From your core’s homepage,  you may view all your service requests.  (Figure 1)

STEP 2: Click on the comment icon to the right.

The email interface window displays. (Figure 2)

Step 3: Complete the information and click send message.  

After you click on Send Message, the selected recipients will receive the email.  An audit trail of the email exchange through iLab can be seen under comments on the request. (Figure 3)
