How do i email selected resource users?

STEP 1: Access the Schedule Equipment page.

From the core's homepage, click on the Schedule Equipment tab. (Figure 1)

STEP 2: Click Message Customers. (Figure 2)

The email screen displays.

STEP 3: Select your date.

Define the date for which you wish to search for users. (Figure 3)

Resources used within the timeframe defined will display.

STEP 4: Select your resources.

Select the appropriate resources by checking or unchecking the resource’s box. (Figure 4)

Users of the resources defined will display.

STEP 5: Select your users.

Select the appropriate users by clicking or unclicking the check box. (Figure 5)

STEP 6: Compose your email and send.

Compose your email, then click send emails. (Figure 6)

A confirmation approval window displays. Click OK. (Figure 7)
