how do i publicly display add-on charge prices?
Because cores may charge their customers based on add-on services as well as an hourly rate, you may choose to display those add-on prices on your public landing page.
STEP 1: Access the appropriate schedule.
From the core's homepage, access the existing calendar, or create a new one. (Figure 1)
STEP 2: Select to display the schedule publicly.
From the Usage Types & Pricing tab, navigate to the Public Visibility section. Then select yes at the prompt, Display this schedule to the public on your external landing page? (Figure 2)
STEP 3: Turn on add-on charges.
In the core administration settings, turn on add-ons. (Figure 3)
STEP 4: Make the add-on service public.
From the Add-on Charges tab, navigate to the Default Add-on Charges section. Then slide the bar to yes (green) to display the associated add-on charges publicly. (Figure 4)
STEP 5: Ensure that the price types for each add-on service is publicly visible.
Navigate to the Request Services tab and locate the default add-on charges in the Services menu. Ensure that each desired price type is defined as "yes" to allow public visibility. (Figure 5)
Once you have saved the changes, the add-on charges will display in the core's landing page. (Figure 6)
