how do I view my previous requests?

The My Animal Requests tab is specifically for managing animal orders placed through the Animal Acquisition workflow. The interface and functionality is generally similar to our standard View All Requests page but with some additional enhancements to help support the unique workflows and ordering processes of animal facilities.


Fields viewable from the My Animal Requests are: (Figure 1)

  • Date: Date the request was submitted

  • For: Requestor name

  • Source: Vendor

  • Date needed: Date the request must be received

  • Service id: Unique identifier

  • Status: Status of the request

  • Cost: Total cost of the request

To narrow your results, you may use filters, located on the left side of the screen. (Figure 2)

Actions Available

You may execute several actions from the My Animal Request tab. Click the action icons on the right to initiate an action. (Figure 3)

When you click on the pencil icon to view and edit payment information, you may edit PO numbers/percentages, amounts, and make payment notes.

When you click on the email icon, you may choose to send an email to recipients you select. You may also enter an individualized message.

When you click on the pencil icon, you may print the order, track work by entering a user and a task, or retrieve the request URL.
