Individual Email Options
To explore email options on an invoice, click on the email icon to the right of the invoice on the Invoice list. (Figure 1)
The email window will display. (Figure 2)
When you have selected and entered your information, click the Send button.
A confirmation message will display. (Figure 3)
Bulk Email Options
From the Billing Event Summary page
Select to which invoices you would like to send to invoice owners. (Figure 4)
Then click Send invoices. A confirmation message displays. (Figure 3)
From the Invoices list
When you click on the Invoices link on the left of the page, the invoice list view displays. Click Bulk Actions button to display bulk email options. (Figure 5) 877
Then select Email Admins with Access to Invoices. (Figure 6)
Select the invoices to send, and the recipients. (Figure 7)
A confirmation window display. (Figure 8)
