To optimize performance and comply with local data regulations, iLab is hosted on six different servers or instances. This regional server configuration also ensures a more efficient and reliable user experience. For example, institutions in the United States generally log in via my.ilab.agilent.com and customers in Canada will access iLab via ca.ilab.agilent.com. Customers from facilities located in Europe log in via eu.ilab.agilent.com, while customers of Asia-Pacific institutions access the platform through au.ilab.agilent.com, among others. Two institutions, Dana Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) and Stanford University, have their own standalone iLab sites, which can be accessed by users at dfci.ilab.agilent.com and stanford.ilabsolutions.com, respectively.
